Vendor Info

The Ogle County Fair Association is accepting applications for 2026 Vendor Village. Applications are due June 30, 2026 to guarantee a spot. If spaces are filled before June 30, 2026, or if applications are received after June 30, 2026, applicants may be waitlisted.

A commercial vendor is defined as an individual, business, or organization that requires a space at the Ogle County fairgrounds during the Ogle County Fair to sell, promote, or offer a non-food product, service, or organization. To apply to be commercial vendor at the Ogle County Fair, you must read and agree to follow the policies and procedures, and mail in the application on the last two pages.
